GIRLS’ BRIGADE 2nd Solihull 
We are a uniformed, Christian organisation for girls.
We meet on Thursday evenings during term time. Company night evolves around an interesting badgework system and we also do loads of craft to celebrate Easter and Christmas, etc and we play some great games! We have activities such as bowling, laserquest and meals out and fun evenings in where we sample different brands of crisps, drinks and do cooking.
We have weekend events and fun days out. We also run The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme for girls approaching the age of 14 (we are proud to boast many Gold Award holders within our company). This scheme is run alongside our badge system on Thursdays and includes weekends away camping and days orienteering.
We are split into four separate age groups and run at the following times:
Explorers Ages 4-8 6.00pm – 7.15pm
Juniors Ages 8-11 7.00pm – 8.15pm
Seniors Ages 11-14 7.30pm – 9.00pm
Brigaders Age 14+ 7.30pm – 9.00pm
It costs £2 per week or £2.10 Seniors and Brigaders, payable termly in advance into the bank.
All of our Officers are DBS checked.
We encourage all girls to attend our uniformed Church Attendances for Remembrance Day, Toy Service in December, Enrolment Service in February and Parade Service in May.
